Items not received

I have sold an item. I sent it on August 30th. From Germany to Australia . The buyer didn't receive his shirt and opened fall against me. The problem is that I did what I was supposed to do. The tracking number tells me that the shirt arrived in Australia on September 15th. But still not delivered. 

Unfortunately I am not responsible from the slow service from the Australian post. Now my paypal account is in minus and I do not accept it.

what can I do?

Lade Deinen Versandnachweis im geöffneten Fall hoch und frag Dich, ob und warum Du unbedingt PayPal anbieten musst.
