Dear Sir/Medam, I have bought an article(article number : 222414827197) on ebay on 17 Feb，2017.I gave the seller money though bank transfer,not using paypal.The problem now is that I cant' contact the seller,I have sent several messages but he didn't reply.I am afraid that I was cheated ,so I need your help.
