Cancel shipment

Hello,

First of all on this item 381531702403 it says that it was sent and i don't know how they sent it and i didn't transfer money to the seller so how come that they sent it, second I didn't receive anything and I don't want this item anymore coz my friend also bought one and paid from September and till now they have problem with the address delivery ans he paid twice for the delivery and still not receiving his item and I don't want this to happen with me so plz cancel this item coz I don't want it and I tried to cancel it but you have no option for cancelation and am sure that if the person didn't transfer the money at the time the seller should not keep it under buyer name
