I ordered 2 cameras, I made a mistake to return only 1 and printed the return ticket, but I changed my mind and would like to return the 2nd camera. I purchased the DHL label. I tried to also return the 2nd camera but there is no longer option for me to return. The order details was in fact removed from my order list. So I decided to put the 2 cameras in the package. Now the the seller contacted me that I cannot received the payment for the 2nd camera so I should open the order and request for a return ticket. But there is no longer an option for me to do it. Any suggestions on what to so? Any one who has the same experience? Why would ebay remove it from my list when I am only returning 1 camera? How about the 2nd camera, if I have complaints or anything, it's no longer in my order list.
