Cheated by a Seller!!Help needed

Hello Users

I recently had a huge issue with ebay which is turning into a nightmare.I had won a Apple watch and apparently had only Bank transfer as an option.Needless to say that I had a hunch to do a transfer,but trust was a blind spot that has turned me a blind eye.After two days I realized that there is something fishy with the seller and informed ebay about this.They assured me as usual that it might be shipped and could have been sent out.I had to wait a week to prove them wrong:(

Then had to wait 10 days after the case was opened(which couldnt be opened by me as they provide no guarntee for it).In this 10days of repeated calls to ebay i found out that using bank transfer ebay provide no safety.This is ridiculous and why do they provide it as an option if they can't provide safety in that method?I feel so handicapped,living in a foregin land with limited language usage now have to run around the judiciary system in this land.How is it fair to a buyer when you are not right on your part?I seek immediate answer and warn fellow users to be careful with this.
