Hi, 

I tried the chatbot but it was utterly useless so here I am:

I ordere something from eBay and it said at the product page postage would be free to the Netherlands. However, at the order page I had to pay for postage. 

I cannot contact the seller because I ordered as a guest, and whenever I click anything eBay immediately tries to get me to enter a password - which I do not have. I cannot even make an account. 
Anyway, I just want the postage back. Hopefully someone from ebay will read this.
