Fälschung Replika Fake

Hi. Seller auctionszone1168 delivered Item 261210110002 that doesn't work properly. I see it closer and it was like described but not  the same. (Some optical differ). User Manual was not matched 100% to Item. Bad was, that Item doesn't work (about 50% function fail) Also I has suspect - is fake. Under auctionszone1168 is Vincent Wong ( Star Rich Trading Ltd Company Address: Room 1108 11/F, Clifford Tower 46 Pak Tin Par Street, Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong Contact: +85235680601). Seller  hesitate all the Time . So I was forced to open PayPal case. Whole months I waited seller pay me my Money Back - no Chance, although he got device back(he has later this confirmed under ask from German Post. But he wrote me all the time he hasn't back this Fake. Then I must  get this case on Ebay. I got Device Price back but not from seller - from PayPal. What can we do to stop such Fake seller? After one week he is also with another fake suspisious Items on the market. I lost some Money (Back Post to Hong Kong) although he wrote more time hi will Post costs also Refund. But he has nothing refunded. Bad is, that Ebay has only option to sent this back.  And Fake seller laugh und make it forward. At the End Customer payd for this Fake. Bad ist that I can't write feedback about fake, bacause all this story over two Monts old and Ebay close this Option for this Item.  Who knows some possibillity to stop this fake seller?
