How get help in English from eBay-Germany? My German is enough to make purchases and pay for them but not good enough to use the German help

How, if possible, can I get help from eBay-Germany in English?

My English is good enough to make purchases and to pay for them with uberweisung but it is not good enough to use the eBay-Germany help system in German.

I purchased a coin, paid with uberweisung, the seller acknowledged receipt of payment and said the item was shipped.  It has not been received after a month+.
