Hi everyone,
Last week I bought a laptop from the seller janbarverkauf. The day when I bought the laptop I saw that in the morning he had already sold it, but the same laptop appeared again in the evening. I asked him what had happened and he told me that was only a not serious buyer. I talked with him about the product and he responded to my questions so I decided to buy the laptop. After the payment, I received a tracking number and the expected delivery day. I waited for the laptop for one week and when it didn't come I was worried so I called DHL to find what was the problem. The strange thing is that DHL told me that I was not the recipient person of the shipment and that the delivering address didn't correspond with my real address. So, I contacted eBay and they told me that I have to wait until 2nd April.
I'm worried now because this can be one more case of scam in eBay and I don't know how long will take to solve the problem.
Have anyone of you experienced something like this before?
I would really appreciate your comments and support

did you pay with PayPal? then wait till you can open a case there
otherwise its only your problem and ebay cannot help you.
But in this case it is part of PayPal payment, you'll get buyer protection. Called "eBay Käuferschutz - abgesichert" at bottom of my image.

Open a dispute on eBay or better on PayPal !
And add an image / screenshot of the tracking result of DHL, the wrong recipient could be shown.
Or add the answer of DHL, if they wrote to you.
Did you pay promptly?
Than I can not comprehend the decision of ebay's customer help to wait until April 2, because the delivery is delayed since one week.
