recently I have bought a notebook from an user named emanu_panar from Italy. I paid through bankwire.
The seller can not provide parcel ID, he answering my questions. I requested money back, but there is no answer any more fro, his side.
I already do not believe, that item can come at all, and my questions is, how to get my mone back. Please advice
