On December 10th I received a notification about BBE (INR), the letter did not include any steps to take, except to pay attention to the quality of service. 6 days later my account was suspended. I handled the INR incidents (2 pcs) on the day of the notifications, in the form of a refund. On December 26th I became a Top Seller, but my account is still inactive. The FAQ only says that The restriction will be removed automatically once your BBE performance is lower or on par with the market average in subsequent evaluation periods. When will this happen? What can I do?
