How to change my commercial konto back to privat konto

I haven't have shop over 10 years and to day find out, that I still have commercial konto. Try to change it, but it seems to be impossible. I try to contact Ebay-hilfe, but they do not call to Finland. I did not find any email for Ebay?

If you had a commercial account, then it would be seen in your rating profile. There is nothing about commercial.

That should then stand with you:
