How to change my e.bay accout ?

Hi, 

I open some years ago, my e.bay account in Germany under ebay.de.  Recently i moved my residence ( and my bank account and so on..) to Italy.

Question :  how can I switch my account from ebay.de to ebay.it ?  Any time i try to operate under ebay.it, it switcgh me automatically back to ebay.de, which is really annoying ! 

I know i can cancel my account and create a brand new one, but i hate to loose my 100% rate of positive feedback.

Hello!

Look for the customer support on the Italian ebay pages and have them call you or call them yourself.
Only ebay itself can change the country. You can't do that yourself. You don't have to give up your account.
