How to change the language to English

I only speak English and I live in Czechia. 

I prefer to use ebay.de because items are located near me, and there is no Czech version of eBay.

Is it possible to change the site-wide language setting to English on ebay.de? Google Translate slows things down considerably, and leaves room for errors.

No, u cant change language at ebay.de.

This is a german website and of course the language is german.

There is no point for setting language.
