I have an account whice not acctive but I want to be a seller here.

1.  How to start to be an seller .

2. DO I need to have payoneer account please give me advice.

3. Can I use same payoneer account with my Ebay.com

4. On Ebay DE site, Can I change german > to English Langugue

Please answer all my question

2. no, you must not have a pyoneer account, it's not allowed to pay at ebay.

4. no, your Account is registerd in Germany, also the language is german.
