IBAN not accepted... Why?

I have joined Ebay.de and I have my portuguese adress correct and all the other data ok. But Ebay never accepts my IBAN when I try to add a bank account. It says "problem... try again" or "check the IBAN". Any help?

You are registered in Germany and I don't know if it is related to the fact that your IBAN is probably in Portugal.

You would have to ask ebay directly. Do you speak German, then you could call ebay yourself.

@nocti-26This is just a guess of mine that it could be due to the IBAN. What is it for you? Are you getting anywhere with it? https://pt.ebay.com/

Because then you should contact the support and register there, you can not do it yourself. @nocti-26
