Language settings in correspondence

Can anyone help me change permanently language setting in ebay. I'm tiried of received all sort of correspondence in German.

here is not the costumer service, only a community 

your account is registerd in germany, also the language is german.

but you can

change the Account from germany to ebay.co.uk.

So contact the costumerservice at ebay.com and ask for register in ebay.uk or com.

Thank you for your reply and I'm sorry if I posted my question in a wrong place.
I hoped that there is somewhere in the settings an easy way to set the language, like it is in amazon.de. After all this portal was developed to carry on purchase transactions, so all conditions should be clear to all parties of the transaction.

Frankly speaking, I do not understand why it is so difficult here. Ebay.de is sort of regional hub for people living close to Germany. I bet there are a lot of expats living in Germany, who might feel more comfortable using other language than German. I do not want ebay to offer all languages of the world, but lack of English version of the ebay.de is strange.

Anyway, thank you once again for your hint.
