I started using eBay about three months ago. About two months ago, I successfully sold an item for about €200. The funds were successfully released to my eBay account after the one-month waiting period for new sellers. But even after another month of waiting, the payout is still not available. The payout button is gray, even after I changed the payout to manual. All my debit card and bank information is correct and verified, yet I still can't get a payout. Please help me with how to contact eBay Support, because when I click on Support, only this message appears.
