Hello,

I no accept your "service" with direct payments by buyers with credit card !!! Please cancel this way transactions, I accept only PayPal. InGerman language I can not understand it, in English impossble. My problem: one buyer sent me 3.90 EUR by credit card and I have got on my bank account only 0.63 EUR !!!

You have accepted eBay's new payment processing and there the buyer can pay how he wants.

Unfortunately, your hands are tied because eBay basically determines everything now.

And you know the fees? 11% on the total amount including postage and 35 cents fixed fee, under 10, - Euro total amount 5 cents.

And you subtract the calculated amount from the total amount.

And since you are based in the Czech Republic, I do not know if there are other fees.

You should be able to see more under Payments, Transactions and Transaction Details.

Of course tere between eBay and my bank are fees, charges as I have god
only 0.63 EUR !!!

So that I can nt change the method of payments by buyers ?

@fousac When you post an offer, I don't know if you can exclude any of the payment options. Just try it and see if you can take out the credit cards.
