Without an article number, I can only assume:
With paypal, the seller can give you 30 days to return the money.

With the new payment process, you have to ask the seller.

With bank transfer it should be faster and you should tell the seller your IBAN.

Have you sent back the tracking number and uploaded the consignment number?
