Hello, I bought an iMac on Thursday 18.3. at night. That guy was writing me when will I send money to him (the only was was bank to bank transfer). I sent him money on Friday around 12 o'clock and the payment was sended at around 16:00 that day. On the same day Friday 19.3. ebay.de sent me few email about that, someone from the third side has logged in to the seller account and it's dangerous to send money so they are cancelling order. The problem is, money was already sent at that time. I have contacted my bank and his bank but not the seller yet. Can you please help me what steps should I follow now ? Thanks a lot...

Hi,

If your bank cannot get the money back, you should immediately print everything out and go to the police to file a criminal complaint and insist that the seller's account be blocked.

You should also show the emails from ebay to your bank and the recipient bank.
