For  reasons that i don't know my ebay account is ristricted. For 2 months i have been calling and every time i try to contact ebay with the number they gave me online it says
"Currently we are upgrading our system so we cant answer phone calls..."

any solution

When i registered my eBay account I was studding in Germany but now i am back to my home country Ethiopia.
