Good day,

 

I am registered on your site as seller (ARRAKASTA Partners s.r.o.). On your site you have full info about cooperating with you, but it is not easy to find necessary info I am interested.

I need your help to clear a few moments:

  • How to change language from German to English?
  • Do I have any manager to support my trade? Or I will contact every time different managers?
  • I need anybody to check my seller profile. Is there everything Ok?
  • How to activate my trading? And how to freeze sales if I have no possibility to send goods to customers because I have vacation?
  • There is any way to get short info about rules and terms of our cooperation?
  • Who should issue invoices to customer? Do you have self-billing service when you issue invoices to customer and solve any questions according to reclamations?
