I bought a mini drone bee. It did not work when i got it. I make a complain. They sent me a replacement but it not work einher. What can i do?

Mistakly i order this item.but i cancelled in a few minutes. But the seller send me a text 2 day later ,that i am to late for cancel it.and his shipped. How can i be late.I cancelled max 5 min later than i order it
