Hello everyone,

About 2 months ago I moved to Germany to start a job. After I manage things I made and account on E-bay.de to see how I can shop. This was my first attempt to do something like that in my life. So after everything was smooth I now see that couple of sellers are telling me to pay for their product that I ordered ! So I see the product and indeed I has looking at it but didn't want to buy it. So the problem is this. I can't yet speak German I'm just learning so I didn't see that when I was checking the prices I press the product to look at it. I made that mistake couple of times and it seems that I somehow ordered it but didn't pay it because the seller was waiting for my OK ! 

Ok so I admit that was my mistake and try to explain that to the seller but he of course didn't listen and report me of not payed product.. As you can see the buy I have got are all payed immidietly but I made a mistake and now I can't buy things because of the ''unpayed product'' ! What can I do ?
