From sabrintheis-0, I paid 3,00 euro by paypal. After 2days they got unregistered from ebay. The delivery date also passed today. Now, w did should i do? How can I get back my money or product?

Since you paied with paypal you can claim an "item not received"-case either on ebay or in your paypal-account. Your seller is already an NRM so the case should be closed in no time with full refund of your payment.
