closed return request

I opened a return which it's deadline was 15.12.2017 and I sent the item on 15.12.2017 , but I received an email that we didn't recieve the item and return is closed!!! I have DHL tracking number which said the item was delivered on 19.12.2017 to the seller. What should I do?

You missed the deadline ! Deadline has been 15.12. but the article arrived 19.12. - four days later.

You have to work out your problem with the seller, ebay is out of the game.
