Dear Ebay Concerning Departments, Thanks so your precious time to read our email.  The reason for this email is to appeal one of our case to ebay.  Buyer ID: notebook-ram Case ID : 5135022801 Item Number:  262779778252 Open case Date: 29. Apr.  We have exactly followed by the Ebay return rules on the process, but the buyer suddenly upgrade the case without any notice. The buyerbreak the rules of Ebay company.  1.   On 10. Mrz. the buyer did opened a return on Ebay. 2. On Mar 11th -13th We provide solutions to help buyers to actively solve the problem 3. On Mar 14th we offered the return adsress and return label first, and asked the buyer to return the goods, according to Ebay Platform rules. But the buyer has not provided a tracking number to us.We have not received the returned items yet. Taking into account the value of the project is relatively high, we have not confirmed that if article has come back, We have not received the returned items yet. So we can not provide a refund before the buyer provided a tracking number to us .And now we lose money and goods, but EBAY can not be regarded as seller's error, included in the bad account transactions. I hope you know.
