Hi.
I'm about to purchase some of these ipad air 2 128gb at 299 euro brand new condition. But the price and the process this seller follows is suspicious: he asks to be paid with TT in a bank account (seems that does not accept PayPal) and he informs that the shipping period is 2-3 months (in order to achieve this very low price). He also doesn't answer any of my messages due to his temporary absence (as he claims). The price for this ipad new condition is too good to be true. Seems to be fraud. Any ideas? What's your opinion? I didn't pay yet. Should we trust him or is waste of time? How is that possible to have 100% positive rating with more than 600 transaction?
How can we report him to ebay so they can check his account if it's fraud or not?

At the first glance the offers seems to be not fraudulent.

But you are right that shipment time of nearly three month is suspicious. The seller has an real online-shop, see here:

But there are no mobile devices offered, so an partial captured account with only a few fake offers is possible. Ask a friend who has good knowledge of German language and let him make a phone call to this shop to clarify the authenticity of the offered iPhones and iPads.
