Hallo Liebe Community,

viele Mitglieder haben schon Betrug gemeldet. Kontos wurden gehackt. Ich habe selbst auch X-Box live12 Monate Karte für 33 € gekauft und nie erhalten. 8 Stk. wurde verkauft ohne problem!! 8 Opfer Am 08.08.2016

Kurz nach dem Kauf habe ich eine Nachricht erhalten:

Es ist bewusst, dass es ein Betrug war, trotzdem muss ich noch auf mein Geld warten? Wo ist eBayschutz jetzt?

Passt ihr alle sehr auf! 5Sterne Bewertungen bedeuten noch kein Sicherheit, schaut nach wann (vielleicht schon Jahren) die Bewertungen gegeben wurden, schreibt an den Verkäufer und wartet auf Antwort, hoffentlich haben dann die Betrüger weniger Chance.

Hast Du per Paypal gezahlt? Dann - und nur dann - erhältst Du Dein Geld wieder.

Solltest Du am 08.08. gekauft haben, dürfte es noch zu früh sein für eine Falleröffnung - Betrub hin oder her - dies prüft nicht Ebay sondern u.U. die Staatsanwaltschaft.

Wenn Du überwiesen hast, musst Du selbst tätig werden:

- Anzeige

- zivilrechtliches Vorgehen gegen den Vk bzw. den Kontoinhaber (vorausgesetzt er hat seinen Sitz in D)
