I have sent answer to the seller that I accept his offer of 100% and no return of the damaged item if iItake away bad remarks for his business.. I have been in the mountain out of signal for emails. I am waiting for avswer and my money back.

If I'm interpreting this correctly, you want to take back a bad review when the VK gives you your money back.  And I guess you can keep the item.

Then contact the seller and clarify this with him.

First money back, then review revision?

You have to come to an agreement.

I have sent the seller answer twice and told him I will do so. No comments back. I have also noticed that you have closed the case? I have been up in my cabin in the mountain with no electric and therefor been out of signal for around 2 weeks.

@archinilse_0 Make sure you understand, there are no ebay employees here, but users like you. If you couldn't answer, then a case is closed after a certain period of time, I think it's 10 days. And once a case is closed it will not be reopened. I'm sorry for you, but if the seller doesn't get back to you, you don't stand a chance. And since you still live abroad, it's even harder.
