I bought this product on 30.08.2019, but after a year the engine weakened and as you said, I called the seller and the seller gave me a number and told me that I should call the repair center and I called them and they sent me a postage ticket that I could send the goods to them. As you can see in the attached receipt, I sent the goods on 17.09.2020, but since then I have contacted the seller and the repair center and none of them answered.

So I ask you to please follow up why they are not accountable?

I am very sorry for you, but ebay cannot help you in this matter.

After such a long time something must have gone wrong and you need someone to write you a letter in German or call for you.

You have the address through the package and google the company, maybe you will find an email address.
