By opening a return request, your original request for an item you did not receive was automatically closed. Unfortunately, you then closed the return request manually on your end. Since a request cannot be reopened once it has been closed, it is no longer possible to process it via our buyer protection program.
Closing the return request on December 27 automatically initiated the release of the payment to your seller. The amount you paid has therefore already been transferred to your seller and will no longer be withheld by us.
For further clarification regarding the refund, I recommend that you contact your seller directly. If you are unable to come to an agreement with your seller, I recommend that you seek information about your legal options.
