Buyers cannot request combined delivery invoice from me

Good evening,

despite I made proper delivery settings, buyers cannot request total invoice for their shopping cart when put there several single items from my listings. How it is possible to repair it? Support told me that items which cannot be combined simply cannot be combined, but there are no reasons.

The issue is that this option does not work only at ebay.de. and for listings posted on .de.  Items listed from .com can be combined properly.

Die ebay MA hat dir heute schon in deinem anderen Thread geschrieben, dass dein Account in den USA registriert ist und somit ebay.de nicht helfen kann und nicht zuständig ist.
