Cannot add credit card

I am having trouble adding my credit card, so I can make a listing.

I get redirected to https://fundinginstrument.ebay.de/ where I enter my credit card, verify the transaction of 0,00 € through 3D Secure and it just returns to the same page, where I can enter and verify my card countless times, but nothing happening.

How to solve this problem?

Die Lösung ist: einfach auf ebay.com gehen. Ebay.de scheint nicht richtig zu funktionieren

Du bist hier im deutschen Nutzer-Forum, nicht beim Kundendienst.

Du hast doch schon verkauft. Kann es sein, dass ebay Dich gesperrt hat? Kontaktiere bitte den Kundendienst. Hier im Nutzer-Forum kann Dir niemand helfen.

Tut mir leid, habe erst nach dem schreiben Bemerkt, dass es nur ein deutsches Forum ist.

Gesperrt bin ich soweit ich weiß nicht. Den Kundendienst konnte ich, außer per Telefon, nicht finden. Gibt es einen Weg, eBay schriftlich zu kontaktieren?
