I usedto live in Germany, but I moved to UK. I did not changed my details in ebay, and now I sold an item, money is never arrived into my paypal.

And ebay ask me to verify my details, but I am not able to add UK bank account, and address.

My customer awaiting for the parcel, but money is held back by ebay.

change the Account from germany to ebay.co.uk. Than the language is english

So contact the costumerservice at ebay.com and ask for register in ebay.uk or com.

Since you now live in the UK, you need to contact ebay GB support to change your country of registration from Germany to the UK.

Only support can do that, you can't do it yourself.

And once that is done, then you can probably enter anything you want.
