We are trying to connect the ebay app in our store but once we try to connect between Shopify and ebay we get redirected to https://s-00.storeconnect.io and the error " There was a problem with your request, please try again.
An error has occurred. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Our staff has been notified." is thrown.
We already contacted eBay by phone and they can't find any issues on account or app level so digged a bit in the error console and see the following errors:

Any suggestions on how we can fix this and connect our eBay store to Shopify?
What we already did ourselves to try to solve the issue:
- remove the app and re-install it
- tried the suggestions as posted on this page but without any luck: https://community.shopify.com/c/Shopify-Apps/Shopify-not-connecting-eBay/m-p/850081
- tried it on different devices (macbook, win10 laptop, iPhone)
- tried it on different browsers (macbook: safari, chrome, firefox, win10 laptop: chrome, firefox, edge, iPhone: safari, chrome)
- reached out Shopify and they can't find any issue
We already reached out to Shopify but as the error is thrown in the eBay app, they can't find the issue and don't think it's their responsibility to solve this.
So does anyone have a trick to get this solved?
