I have tried to contact a seller to get additional information about an article for sale. Every time I tried, the e-mail wouldn't send. What am I doing wrong?

you're registerd in Großbritannien and living in sweden... does your seller send to GB oder Sweden? He can forbid questions if he use an option from ebay for this.

I don't know how that could have happened. How do I change the settings to show that I live in Sweden and want deliveries to Sweden?

@andho_7034 Hello. ebay is not based in Sweden, you are now registered in the UK. There are many merchants who do not ship abroad and exclude countries. Unfortunately, you have to accept that.
