Hello id like to contact eBay.de via email, the site keeps stating that i will receive a call but the prob is i work in germany and have a UK mobile number, so it seems they are not calling me even though I put that number in under the request.. is there a chatt option or email option, ive decided to return a item, and ebay has sent the returns instructions but I can't seem to open the link in the email.. not sure if ots because I ordered the item as a guest and was not signed in or what.. its a bit frustrating now because as of now its 1 pm Friday the 14th and I have been trying to contact them since yesterday.. can someone inform me of my options..
