Double payment

Hi,

Ebay charged me twice for the same product.

First I tried to pay by SEPA but I got an error saying that the payment didn't go through. 2nd I paid by paypal which worked.

But I observed that from my account is missing double the cost of the product.

I also received an email sayng the SEPA transaction went through.

What is to be done?
