Fake?

Hey eBay Community. I wanna buy this vehicle but the whole advertisement (Link) and stuff that the Seller say some weird stuff too, like i can refund within 5 days...but what i know is that eBay does not give buyer protection if u buy vehicles Right? Also i can’t find the advertisement on eBay if i search for it...i only can find it if i Click the Link that he sent me.
Can somebody help me please and Tell if this is Fake or Real? The Link is below (don‘t worry, it is no virus or anything similar)
