Get in contact with Ebay

Dear All,

I have a question about my invoice from last month with some items that are charged which have not been charged to me before, I cannot find the answer on the website.

When I want to contact them, I can be called back as an option, but not as me, living in Luxembourg and have a luxembourgs phone number.

Anybody a suggestion how to get in contact with Ebay?
