How can we close this Ebay scam site ?

I needed three equal products so I searched for a seller offering shipping of all three products. To see total shipping cost I had to initiate a purchase, Ebay scam site decided to not show total shipping cost until at paying site. Now Ebay scammers is trying to force purchase I initiated to see total shipping cost as Ebay dont show this.

And yes, i did find a seller that shipped all three units at a better shiping cost.

As the scammers operating the Ebay portal do not offer contact mehods for illegal activities this scam site must be closed as Ebay promotes frauds.
