How can I cancel a sale after refund?

I put a keyboard on auction as shipping all eu. But the winning bid is in ireland and I apologized buyer but shipping there from denmark costs more than the item. Se was said no worries and agreed canceling the sale. I refund the money on paypal what she received and said thank you. However no cancelling option the buyer or seller side. The item is waiting for delivery what I refunded.. I don't understand why.
