How long do they need to cancel a label?

The box to send a ware in has changed and now its heavier, so i asked them to cancel a label... the catch is: till its cancelled, i cant order a new, theres allways  a "SOMETHING went wrong"  message... and send the ware to the customer? How long do they need?

@jaylin.w_23 Label printing via eBay is sometimes disastrous.
I can only give you what eBay specifies for the cancellation:

Sie können Ihr unbenutztes Versandetikett bis zu 14 Tage nach dem Kauf stornieren: 

1. Wählen Sie in Mein eBay unter Verkaufen die Option Versandetiketten.
2. Wählen Sie neben dem Etikett in der Spalte Weitere Aktionen die Funktion Versandetikett Stornieren aus.
3. Wählen Sie einen Grund aus und klicken Sie auf Anfrage senden.
4. Sie sehen eine Bestätigung, dass die Anfrage an den Versandservice gesendet wurde.

Sie erhalten den gezahlten Betrag über dieselbe Zahlungsmethode zurückerstattet, mit der Sie das Etikett bezahlt haben.

But the buyer can't help it and I would advise you to buy the labels directly from the respective shipping service provider from now on. This saves time and nerves.

And if you still can not cancel the wrong label, then you have to contact support and let them call you.
