I cannot link my paypal account

Hello, I incidenally deleted my paypal account. Then I created new account in paypal and now I want to link it with e-bay. However, when I hit the button it redirect me to a window saying that the action cannot be completed. What could be the problem? Please help.

Hallo, ich habe übrigens mein Paypal-Konto gelöscht. Dann habe ich ein neues Konto in Paypal erstellt und jetzt möchte ich es mit e-bay verknüpfen. Wenn ich jedoch auf die Schaltfläche drücke, werde ich zu einem Fenster weitergeleitet, das besagt, dass die Aktion nicht abgeschlossen werden kann. Was könnte das Problem sein? Bitte helfen Sie.
