Issue with revoking warranty on broken item

Hello,

I bought an item 3 months ago and it is already broken. Seller offered 2 year warranty and I complain and send all that he ask as a proof and not I see that seller had blocked me on ebay and I can not contact him anymore and I cant complain to ebay.

WHat can I do now?

If you have paid via paypal try to report a conflict from your paypal account.

Is the warranty from the seller or manufacturer?
