Payment not received by seller.

Hello, i have a problem, i paid for the goods yesterday via PayPal. This payment was marked by PayPal like this:,, You have authorized a £ 200.00 GBP payment to an eBay merchant. Funds will be transferred when the merchant processes your payment ,,. Money has left my bank account but the seller did not received the payment. To proceed the payment i had to change my adress (from Slovakia to England) because i was unable to pay as the auction was only for UK buyers. I don´t know what to do now or who should i contact. I am afraid you could not get the bought item, because of the PayPal Seller protection. If you have changed your delivery address to the UK, the seller has to deliver the goods to this address.

So if you don't live there, you would never get the goods. Or do I miss some details here?

Hi and thanks for the answer, the seller doesn´t have to deliver in the UK as i will order pickup from sellers door, that was my agreement with seller. Problem is, that payment left my bank account and seller did not received it. Thanks, Filip
