Good evening dear ebay site. I want to expose you a problem or rather a question. I am blocked. I can neither sell nor buy. It is very true I have to make a payment to paypal of 3.95 euros. It is not bad will or indifference but my euro card has expired and I have to renew it. It takes until the new card comes. I don't know how much but what I can tell you is that as soon as it comes I will make the payment. Please if you can unlock me and you can give me a deadline and I will pay you this money. You are registered in the United States and here you are in the community of Germany.
In Germany there is the possibility to make a one time payment via paypal for example and as long as you have an open account with ebay they might not unlock you.
I copy you this from the German side purely, perhaps you come so further. Many success!
