I bought an item, from Germany, with delivery adress in Germany. I did not receive the package, i informed the seller, but he doesn't answer at all. The item appears to be shipped since 07. 12.2020. I informed Ebay, they told me to contact the Police because the item was not protected by Ebay. I paid with bank transfer. Can you give an advice?
P. S. I don't speak very well German, I would rather like English

Oh, how bad! November. Maybe that user account is hacked. After buying Ebay sent a Mail to you with an adress auf that user. I guess the same person offered it at shpock.

This is the only chance to find out anything.

With bank transfer you have no buyer protection.

Do you have the item number, it is in parentheses under the item description.
